The Internet Feud/Flame War on Twitter between Malcolm LaVergne
aka(@SinCityAttorney) and
Kim Goldman aka(KimEGoldman) happened again just this last Saturday, August 26, 2017.
Malcolm LaVergne, again, had some VERY Harsh Words directed at Kim Goldman. Mr. LaVergne also mentioned Fred Goldman's name and The Goldman's PR firm

And I was in the middle of all if it, so to speak. And it it seems to stem from The Goldman's and Fred Goldman's attorney, Adam Cook, investigating Justin & Sydney Simpson's Real Estate purchases. Please read about it here:
In the midst of this feud, I asked
Mr. LaVergne a Rocky Bateman question in this tweet of mine:
And this is the answer I got from Malcolm LaVergne:

And once AGAIN, someone from The Defense's side (OJ Simpson's side) in
The OJ Simpson Case & Saga is trying to CHASE-ME-AWAY.....because of Rocky Bateman.
This next sentence of mine is for Anyone connected in someway to
The OJ Simpson Case & Saga as I stated in a tweet to Malcolm LaVergne:
"I haven't given over 23 yrs of my life being personally involved in The OJ Simpson Case & Saga to
"let it go"
NO WAY will I "let it go"
To Malcolm LaVergne's credit, he has not deleted any of his Twitter comments he made to me. But of course, myself and several others have them documented with "Screen Shots."
OJ Simpson & Malcolm LaVergne, from what I've seen and read, have a very staunch supporter on Twitter named Brian Heiss.

(pinned in a quoted tweet by Mr. LaVergne) where he makes some VERY Serious Allegations directed at Fred and Kim Goldman. Mr. Heiss gives a link to it on his Twitter account here:

Let me back-track about Rocky Bateman.
In the Spring of 1995, I was at the KNBC Newsroom in Burbank, California, discussing certain situations with then KNBC News reporter Joe Rico about Rocky Bateman in The OJ Simpson Case.
According to Joe Rico of KNBC News, Rocky was at Rockingham on June 14, 1994. Rocky Bateman, when he was over at my Apartment on June 18th, 1994, told me he was camping with his daughters ALL WEEK LONG.
When I went into the KNBC News Building in Burbank in 1995 and talked with Joe Rico about Rocky and some of The OJ Simpson Case, Rico told me that "they" (He used the word "WE") thought Rocky was Allan Park and went up to try and talk, to who they thought was Allan Park, and Rocky was, Rico's Words, "VERY UN-CO-OPERATIVE and RUDE." and, Joe told me that Rocky had 2 "Items in his hand."
Now, Where did this Happening that Rico told me Occur?

And you know how KNBC Knew Rocky Bateman, according to Joe Rico? Rocky had worked for a Temporary Personnel Service that KNBC used. Small World.
In my opinion, the situation between Kim & Fred Goldman and OJ Simpson & Malcolm LaVergne can only legally ignite and intensify with Goldman attorney Adam Cook investigating where Justin & Sydney Simpson got their money to purchase real estate. I blogged some about it here:

I've said a lot in The OJ Simpson Case and Saga. But the bottom line is this:
It's what I legally testify to on the witness stand in a legal court of law.
I have prostate cancer, a very enlarged prostate, and a very bad heart that is weak and is in A-Fib most of the time. I do the best I can to stay somewhat healthy. I'm NOT going away, and I'm not dead.......Yet.
